Die Bedingungen für die Frachtvermittlung treten in Kraft, sobald die FMCSA CouthActs die Zulassung als Frachtmakler erteilt. Bis dahin gelten für Frachtaufträge die Marktplatzbedingungen.

- Terms of ServiceThe master agreement between you and CouthActs Incorporated for using the CouthActs marketplace, websites, apps, APIs and AI-agent connectors.
- Privacy PolicyWhat personal data CouthActs collects, why, who receives it, how long it is kept, and the rights you have under GDPR, UK GDPR, the CCPA and other laws.
- Escrow and Payments TermsHow the CouthActs Wallet, payment holds, Fees, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks and Provider payouts work, including the Stripe Connected Account Agreement.
- Provider AgreementThe additional terms for carriers, operators, drivers and other Providers who bid for and perform Jobs on CouthActs.
- Broker-Carrier AgreementThe agreement between CouthActs Incorporated, as licensed property broker, and the motor carriers that haul freight and household goods booked through CouthActs.
