For providers

Move things. Get paid.

Bid on jobs across 18 transport modes, get paid through Stripe when the job is done, and build a public, signed track record.

How joining works

  1. Create your provider account

Sign up below and accept the Provider Agreement.

  2. Set up your profile

Add your business details and choose the transport modes you offer.

  3. Verify your identity

A government ID and live selfie check by Stripe Identity, after you read the biometric notice and consent. The fee is $20.

  4. Get reviewed for each mode

Have the credentials your modes need ready. A mode-by-mode review by the CouthActs team is coming; until then you can bid once your identity is verified.

  5. Connect payouts

Connect a Stripe account to withdraw what you earn.

What each mode needs

Every provider passes an identity check. Depending on your modes, you'll also need the authority, insurance and licences the law requires for that work.

Today, CouthActs verifies your identity and reviews any business documents you upload for completeness; regulatory numbers you enter are shown as self-reported. A mode-by-mode credential review by the CouthActs team is coming. Have these ready so you're approved quickly when it starts.

How you get paid

  • When a customer books you, the agreed amount is already held from their CouthActs wallet, so you know the money is there.
  • Payment is released to your CouthActs wallet once the job is complete and a 24-hour hold has passed: you enter the customer's delivery PIN at handover, the customer confirms, and the customer then has 24 hours to raise a problem (they can also release it sooner). If the customer doesn't respond within 72 hours of a verified PIN handover, CouthActs can review and release it.
  • CouthActs deducts an escrow fee from each released payment: 8% under $500, 6% to $5,000, 4% to $50,000, 2% to $500,000, then 1% (capped at $10,000). Customers don't pay it.
  • Withdraw to your Stripe account for free (typically 2–5 business days to your bank), or instantly for 1.5%. Payouts are currently available to providers who can open a Stripe account in the United States.

Details are in the Escrow and Payments Terms.
