Os termos de corretagem de cargas entram em vigor quando a FMCSA conceder à CouthActs a autorização de corretora de cargas. Até lá, os fretes são oferecidos nos termos do marketplace.

- Escrow and Payments TermsHow the CouthActs Wallet, payment holds, Fees, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks and Provider payouts work, including the Stripe Connected Account Agreement.
- Provider AgreementThe additional terms for carriers, operators, drivers and other Providers who bid for and perform Jobs on CouthActs.
- Broker-Carrier AgreementThe agreement between CouthActs Incorporated, as licensed property broker, and the motor carriers that haul freight and household goods booked through CouthActs.
