Los términos de corretaje de carga entran en vigor cuando la FMCSA otorgue a CouthActs la autorización de corredor de carga. Hasta entonces, los trabajos de carga se ofrecen según los términos del marketplace.

- Provider AgreementThe additional terms for carriers, operators, drivers and other Providers who bid for and perform Jobs on CouthActs.
- Broker-Carrier AgreementThe agreement between CouthActs Incorporated, as licensed property broker, and the motor carriers that haul freight and household goods booked through CouthActs.
