Withdraw your earnings

Send your available balance to your bank: free in 2–5 business days, or instantly for 1.5% where your bank supports it.

Who it's for: Providers with a connected payout account.
What you need first: A connected payout account.
At least $10 available.
Time needed: About 2 minutes

Steps

Step 1: Select Earnings & payouts in the menu.
Step 2: Under Withdraw to Bank, type an amount or select Withdraw All.
Step 3: Choose Standard Payout (free) or Instant Payout.
Step 4: Check You receive.
Step 5: Select the withdraw button.

What happens next

You see when to expect the money. Standard payouts usually arrive in 2–5 business days; instant ones usually within 30 minutes, depending on your bank. If your bank doesn't support instant payouts, it's sent free as a standard payout.

Common problems and fixes

A withdrawal failed.

The money returns to your wallet. Check your bank details in Stripe and try again.

It says insufficient balance.

You can withdraw only your available balance. Money still on hold shows under Earnings on the way.

On the app

iPhone: Go to Wallet → Withdraw (USD), choose Instant payout if you want it, then Withdraw $….
Android: Go to Wallet → Withdraw (USD), choose Instant payout if you want it, then Withdraw $….
Apple TV: Apple TV shows your balance and lets you withdraw.
