Create your accountSign up for free in about a minute, then add a profile photo so you can use every feature.
Track a job with a tracking linkFollow a delivery without an account, using the public tracking link the customer shares. Customers and providers can also look up their own jobs by tracking code.
Verify your identity (free)A quick government ID and live selfie check by Stripe Identity. You need it to post jobs, place bids and receive payouts. It costs nothing.
Post a jobTell providers what needs moving, where and when, set your budget and post. Your budget is held in your wallet until you accept an offer.
Compare the bids on your jobSee every offer side by side: price, the provider's CouthActs Score, completed jobs, on-time rate and their message.
Accept a bid and book the providerChoose the offer you want. The agreed price moves into escrow and the rest of your budget comes back to your wallet.
Confirm delivery and release paymentWhen the job is done, both sides confirm. The payment then waits 24 hours so you can raise a problem, and is released to the provider automatically.
Message your provider or customerEach booking has its own chat, from the moment it's confirmed until 48 hours after the job is completed.
Add funds to your walletJobs are paid from your CouthActs wallet. Top up by card through Stripe's secure page.
Open a disputeIf a job went wrong, open a dispute from the booking page. The payment is frozen and a real person on the CouthActs team reviews it.
Contact supportReal people on the CouthActs support team reply within 3 business days. Email them or send the contact form.
Become a providerDrivers, movers, carriers, pilots and captains: create a provider account to bid on jobs in any of 18 transport modes and get paid through escrow.
Set up job alertsHear about new jobs in your approved services by push notification and email, right away or as a daily digest.
Place a bidOffer your price and a short message. The customer is told straight away.
How you get paid, and the feesThe customer's money is held before you start. It's released to your wallet after both sides confirm and a 24-hour hold, less the CouthActs escrow fee.
