Steps
Step 1: Open Settings and go to Identity verification.
Step 2: Select Withdraw biometric consent.
Step 3: Read the message and confirm.
What happens next
Any check in progress stops, and CouthActs asks Stripe to destroy your ID and selfie data. Your current verification status stays on your account.
Common problems and fixes
Will I lose my verification?
No. You keep your current status, but you can't start a new check without consent.
