Find your way around the apps

Where everything lives in the CouthActs apps for iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV, Apple Vision Pro and Android.

Steps

Step 1: Use Home for your summary and notifications.
Step 2: Use Jobs to post jobs and see bids (customers) or to find jobs (providers).
Step 3: Use Bookings for everything about a booked job: tracking, the delivery PIN, photos and the chain of custody.
Step 4: Use Messages to chat about a booking.
Step 5: Use Wallet to add funds and see your balance (providers also withdraw here).
Step 6: Use Account for verification, settings, help, legal documents and deleting your account.

Anything the apps can't do yet, you can do on the website with the same account. The notes below say where each platform differs.

On iPhone, Messages is the speech-bubble button at the top of Home and Bookings.

Use the website for it. Downloading your data, auto-recharge and low-balance alerts are on the website.

The website shows an offline page and keeps pages you opened recently. Nothing you do is sent until you're back online.

iPhone: Tabs at the bottom: Home, Jobs, Bookings, Wallet, Account. Messages is the bubble on Home and Bookings.
iPad: A sidebar with Home, Jobs, Bookings, Messages, Wallet and Account, plus Shortcuts (Post a Job, Notifications, Track a Job). With a keyboard: Command-1 to Command-6, Command-N for a new job, Command-R to refresh.
Android: Tabs at the bottom: Home, Jobs, Bookings, Messages, Wallet, Account.
Mac: The same sidebar as iPad, plus menus: File → New Job (Command-N), Go for every section, Help for help, safety, support and legal pages.
Apple TV: Tabs: Home, My jobs (Job board for providers), Bookings, Messages, Wallet (Earnings for providers) and Account. Things the TV can't do, such as adding funds, show a QR code to finish on your phone.
Apple Vision Pro: A tab ornament with Home, Jobs, Bookings, Messages, Wallet and Account. Photo check-ins come from Photos.
