Providers have a public profile with reviews. Customers have a private profile that only the people they book with can see.

Steps
Step 1: Providers: open your public profile from the providers list to see what customers see.
Step 2: Read your reviews and their star ratings.
Step 3: Customers: your profile shows your verification, member-since date and activity to providers you're booked with.
Step 4: To report an unfair review, select Report on it.
What happens next
Reviews count toward a provider's CouthActs Score. Reported reviews are checked by the CouthActs team.

Not at the moment. If a review breaks the rules, report it.
