Add a bill of lading and proof of delivery
On freight bookings, the carrier records the bill of lading and uploads proof of delivery. Both sides can view them.

- The document as a PDF, JPG or PNG up to 4 MB.

Steps
Step 1: Open the booking and go to Shipping documents.
Step 2: Type the Bill of lading number and select Save BOL.
Step 3: Select Upload BOL and choose the file.
Step 4: After handover, select Upload proof of delivery and choose the file.
Step 5: Select View to open a document.
What happens next
The documents stay with the booking for both sides and CouthActs.

I'm the customer and can't upload.
The carrier issues these documents. You can view them once they're added.
